PSCO discovered that both port and starboard life boats have 50L of water in which they need 75L for each lifeboat.

Vessel has no sewage holding tank and class has authorized sewage to be stored in the aft peak tank via statutory certificate. However, there are no shipboard instructions on how to transfer/ dispose of the sewage from the tank nor is the situation described in the ballast water management plan.
