Watertight receptacles containing a total of 3L of fresh water for each person the lifeboat is permitted to accommodate. PSCO discovered that both port and starboard life boats have 50L of water in which they need 75L for each lifeboat. 74SOLAS (20) III/ 13.1.4 LSA Code 4.4.8.9
