Vessel returned to Belle Isle Anchorage for troubleshooting and repair, Captain of the Port is requiring vessel, prior to movement, to submit casual report from Classification Society (1) Identifying the contributing factors that led to the issue, (2) certifying that any necessary repairs have been satisfactorily completed, and (3) the vessel is fit for its intended route and service.
