SOLAS (09) I/11 - Condition of ship and its equipment shall be maintained after survey and the discharge into the navigable waterways of the United States shall be prohibited. Vessel suffered a failure of the #3 generator causing the generator cooling water to be contaminated with oil resulting in a discharge of oily water into the Port of Redwood City...(continued in narrative)
