Vessels procedures are insufficient, and may cause the vessel to lose main propulsion due to the low viscosity of the fuel being used. Manufacture recommends fuel viscosity should be above 3.cSt, the vessel is using fuel with 2.1cSt. MARPOL VI/14.6
