Each window, port hole, and its means of attachment to the hull or deck house, must be capable of withstanding the maximum load from wave and wind conditions expected due to its location on the vessel and the authorized route of the vessel. Battery installation. Enclosure box for battery in the portside engine room has a cracked cover that must be fixed or repaired. (46 CFR 120.354 (16c))

Steering system must be maintained to the original approval, Gauge is full of oil/hydraulic fluids & does not operate as designed, must replace to like new condition prior to dry dock credit.

Exhaust bracket located in the portside jet room has significant deterioration. Bracket must be replace/renewed during next dry dock prior to receiving drydock credit. (46 CFR 119.430 (705c))

At each inspection for certification and at every other vessel inspection the bilges and other spaces may be examined to see that there is no excessive accumulation of oil, trash, debris, or other matter that might create a fire hazard, clog bilge pumping systems, or block emergency escapes. Both engine rooms have excessive oil accumulation. Engine rooms must be clean and dry to determine if there are any leaks and to prevent fire or a hazardous environment. Vessel must provide plan on engine room clean up. (46 CFR 115.830(b) (705c))

Coolant gauge on #2 eng located in port eng room is inoperable.

Ring buoy waterlight battery is expired.

Ground detection must be provided for an alternating current system. 1.5 – 2 Ohms Ground detected on electrical panel. Find and fix ground causing circuit

Vessel's DPA must ensure the following crew members get additional safety training prior to crewing on the Seastreak Highlands: Chris Gjersten, [name withheld], [name withheld] Jr, Ray Sanborn & [name withheld].

Vessel must find the source of the 4 amp ground, correct and report findings to the Coast Guard.

Vessel must locate and repair all sources of oil leaking from the engine into the bilge.

Vessel must repair bucket ram seals to prevent increased leakage into the laz compartment. Vessel must clean and maintain bilges at all times.

Vessel must prove proper operation of the starboard hull bilge system. Possible cause is a hole in the piping system.

Vessel experienced a crank case over pressurization and subsequent loss of oil pressure in the #3 engine. Verify repairs with technician report and conduct sea trials in the presence of a marine inspector.

STBD E/R, aft Engine turbo has an exhaust leak, test ran engine. Prior to carrying passengers.

STBD E/R, aft engine has a raw water (sea water) leak at the jacket water cooler. Repair leak, test run engine. Prior to carrying passengers.

STBD Fore Peak bilge high level alarm not working. Prove proper operation. Cleared prior to departure.

Update fire control plan

Main deck aft life jacket locker holds child and adult life jackets, jackets are not easily identified between adult and child life jackets. Separate child life jackets in locker and make obvious between child and adult.
