1799 - Other (MARPOL Annex I) - Vessel must record routine visual inspections for runoff. Vessel could not provide records of visual inspections in accordance with the VGP. PSCO instructed the Master and Crew of the reuqirement to conduct visual inspections at least once per week or once per voyage while in U.S. waters; VGP 4.1.1 & 4.2; 10c.
