On a vessel of not more than 19.8 meters (65 feet) in length carrying more than 49 passengers, and on a vessel of more than 19.8 meters (65 feet) in length, the minimum capacity of the fire pump must be 189 liters (50 gallons) per minute at a pressure of not less than 414 kPa (60 psi) at the pump outlet. The pump outlet must be fitted with a pressure gauge.
MI was informed the port side fire pump was due for replacement. Pump did lagged between 30 and 40 PSI during test.46 CFR 181.300(b)

Marine Inspector (MI) observed the lower port and starboard lifefloats each are in poor condition with exterior surface damage in several areas, wear on the lines and straps that would separate when gently tugged. The two lifefloats are to be replaced with survival craft in good working order and of adequate capacity.
