PSCO observed hydraulic oil leaking from solenoid valves #1P, #2p, #4s, #3 main and #2 main of framo cargo pumps. Active Leaking has resulted in coating the valves, pipe lines, and deck area of fire protection room with hydraulic oil presenting a fire hazard. SOLAS 74(a) 2014 Cons. I/11 action taken 50.a.
