After any survey of the ship and its equipment under regulations 7, 8, 9 or 10 has been completed, no change shall be made in the structural arrangements, machinery or equipment and other items covered by the survey without the sanction of the Administration. Vessel made permanent modifications following installation of BWTS to facilitate air flow for cooling of the general service and fire pump motors. Vessel does not have documentation from class approving modification.
