SECTION 14.3 OF SMS PROCEDURES EXPLAIN THAT ONBOARD OPERATIONAL TESTS OF THE FIXED GAS SYSTEM SHOULD BE CONDUCTED REGULARLY. FLOW FAILURE ALARMS WOULD NOT TRIGGER DESPITE CLOSING VALVES TO ALL SAMPLING POINTS.
