PSC Officer discovered Palm Oil residue down the side of the hull on port side. Cargo tanks were last cleaned on 01 May, 2008. Prior to the return to the United States the hull of the vessel shall be free of all Palm Oil residues. Residue to be cleaned to the satisfaction of the Flag Administration and ships DOC ISM Company. Provide proof that the hull has been cleaned to the US Coast Guard.
