Vessel has at least three holes in the forepeak and engine room, allowing ingress of water. These holes are a result of the vessel breaking loose and being pounded on the rocks within the harbor. Repair to the satisfaction of CG.

Resolution: Vessel placed in inactive status w/revoked COI. Any future hull deficiencies will be re-evaluated if/when a full COI inspection is conducted to bring vessel back into active compliant status.
Hull has at least three holes in the forepeak and engine room as a result of being beat on the rocks after breaking free of its dock in a storm. Vessel limited to movement during daylight hours, under tow, to the nearest facility that can haul out and effect repairs.
