The shutoff valve at the tank must be manually operable from outside the compartment in which the valve is located, preferably from an accessible position on the weather deck.

Found stowage at stairway used for emergency escape on deck two aft and a table with seating placed directly in front of the emergency exit door on deck two leading to that same stairway. Emergency escape routes shall be clear of any obstacles impeding the safe evacuation of that space.
