PSCO observed a collection system below the leaking shaft seal. C/E stated this leak is approx 60 liters a month. A collection system was also observed collecting jacket water leaking from the #1 and #2 generator and jacket water pump. SOLAS74(2018con) CH1 Reg 11 (a)

Resolved 15 July 2025
Resolution: Due to elapsed time and subsequent inspections, the 40a for miscellaneous jacket water and bearing drip collection has been cleared.
