The minimum number of portable fire extinguishers required on a vessel must be acceptable to the cognizant Officer in Charge, Marine Inspection, but must not be fewer than the minimum number required by Table 181.500(b) and other provisions of this section. Vessel uses bar as a concession stand while underway, requiring an additional 2-A extinguisher. COI Amended but not re-issued as renewal is following year.

Vessel currently has a stability letter that was issued on June 28, 2004. Since then, the Assumed Average Weight Per Person (AAWPP) has changed from 140 lbs to 185 lbs. Also, a canopy has been added to the second deck. Due to these changes the vessel must conduct a new stability test by the end of this operating season. (October 2023)
