During the damage survey inspectors found an indent of approx. 4-5 inches along a 4-5 foot section in the #2 void (pump room void) along the starboard side. The fourth frame back from fwd WTBH was crushed approx. 15-20% and some bending was also noted. A small fracture in the frame is seen where the #1 side stiffener runs through the frame. #1 side stiffener is warped between the fourth frame and the aft WTB. Provide repair proposal to [name withheld] and effect repairs once proposal has been approved within 30 days.
