0981: Condition of the ship and its equipment shall be maintained to conform with provisions of the regulations to ensure the ship will remain fit to proceed to sea. Vsl was involved in a marine casualty, collision, with a towing vsl. Damage to port qtr hull plating was sustained. Five frames were observed damaged as well.
