ONE INOP INERT GAS BLOWER DUE TO NEEDED REPLACEMENT OF THE IMPELLER AND BEARING HOUSING. VESSEL REQUIRES TWO FULLY OPERARABLE BLOWER TO PROVIDE A RATE OF AT LEAST 125% OF THE MAXIMUM RATE OF DISCHAGE CAPACITY OF THE SHIPS VOLUME. VESSEL TO REPAIR THE INOPERABLE BLOWER TO THE SATISFACTION OF CLASS AND COAST GUARD PRIOR TO CARGO OPS.
