Fire-fighting systems and appliances shall be kept in good working order and readily available for immediate use. (01) the CO2 release cabinet to ER on the main deck was found with disconnected lines rendering the remote station inoperable. (02) The CO2 blow through line was found with isolation valve in the open position creating an unintended release into the local space.

In considering the design of such equipment, the adminstration shall have regard to the specification recommended by the organization. PSCO observed inoperable ows.
