The Coast Guard recorded this vessel and the following in the same
inspection activity — normally a tug and the barges in its tow. A recreational or

Each high level and overfill alarm must activate a visual alarm that can be seen in the cargo deck area. PSCO was unable to see any visual alarms for the high level or overfill.

Vessel is restricted from loading those cargo listed in the IBC code as requiring inerting and is restricted from loading MARPOL Annex I cargoes requiring inerting.
