For Tankers of 20,000 DWT and upwards, the protection of cargo tanks shall be achieved by a fixed inert gas systems, vessel's IGG has a faulty O2 analyzer. Vessel is restricted from loading those cargo listed in the IBC code as requiring inerting and is restricted from loading MARPOL Annex I cargoes requiring inerting.
