The following spaces must be equipped with a fixed gas fire extinguishing system or other fixed fire extinguishing system specifically approved by the Commandant: A space containing a fuel tank for gasoline or any other fuel having a flash point of 43.3 °C (110 °F) or lower. Expired First Aid Kit Medications. All certificated small passenger vessels must have a first aid kit approved under 46 CFR 160.041 or an equivalent. Replace individual items in CG approved first aid kit as necessary with equivalent medications or entire kit.

Materials used in piping systems must meet the requirements of this subpart and be otherwise acceptable to the cognizant OCMI. The fuel tank fill on the port side of the vessel has a flexible hose connecting to a threaded steel pipe at the top of the tank. The short section of steel pipe has significant wastage and needs to be replaced. Provide a repair plan within 14 days. 46 CFR 182.700

Vessel is restricted to 7 passengers and 2 crew members until additional lifejackets are placed on baord. Currently maximum passenger on COI is 16 passengers and 2 crew.
