Approximately 2.5 cm of oil found throughout Boatswain store due to hydraulic leak, primarily in fwd Bosun workshop. Issue identified and corrected by crew. Additionally, fire doors throughout vessel needs adjustment and have been acknowledged by crew. 74SOLAS(97) II-2/2
