The bilges and other spaces may be examined to see that there is no excessive accumulation of oil, trash, debris or other matter that might create a fire hazard. Vessel was found to have an excessive amount of oil in the engine space. Oil was permeating and saturating the bilges, bulkheads, overhead and equipment.
