Inspections, by type

…with no type recorded5
Years with a record 9 calendar years (2016–2025)
Every line above is a count of records the US Coast Guard wrote, or a date it recorded. The counts in the strip above are the same counts; this table splits the inspections by the kind of activity recorded. A blank resolution means none was recorded in this data; it does not establish that a deficiency is outstanding. Years with a record are calendar years in which a record exists, not years in service. What Maury does not do.

Documentation record

Tonnage as PSIX records it32690 - Convention (Subpart B), Gross Ton
This hull's Official Number is not in the NVDC file dated 10 August 2026 as served by NOAA Fisheries, so no documentation record is shown. Absence from that file is a fact about the file, not about the hull.
Vessel history report

A report is not offered for this hull. Its record holds only 2 of the seven kinds of material a report is built from: inspections, deficiencies, operational controls, tow-unit appearances, casualty records, dimensions and documentation. That is a statement about the record, not about the vessel. What a sparse-record report looks like.

Where davit arms are recovered by power, safety devices shall be fitted which will automatically cut off the power before the davit arms reach the stops in order to prevent over-stressing the falls or davits. Found aft limit switch lever corroded on lifeboat #3. Replace corroded limit switch lever within 30 days. Corrosion observed on the exterior housing for all lifeboat davit limit switches. Failure of the limit switch housing's watertight boundary may permit moisture ingress and short circuit. Inspector and crew were unable to verify the condition of the circuit inside of the housing due to the limit switch installation at the end of the davit and over the water. Verify condition of lifeboat davit limit switch circuits within 30 days and replace per manufacturer instructions if necessary. Deficiency may be cleared by RO.
