Issued 25 February 2020 Resolved
The cargo overfill alarm must operate early enough to stop cargo tank overfills. Overfill alarms did not function either on deck or on the panel for cargo tanks 2p, 2s, 3p, 6s, 8s. Additionally cargo tank level work intermediately for 4s and 6s at the panel. Must be corrected prior to loading operations.
Action required: 15 - Rectify deficiencies by next port
Resolved 1 March 2020
Resolution: Received class report attesting to satisfactory repairs and operational tests of all subject alarms.
