Resolution: SEC HOU-GAL PSC received a class report from ABS satisfying the requirement.
Oil filtering equipment shall be of a design such as will ensure that any oily mixture discharge into the sea after passing through the system has an oil content not exceeding 15ppm. Oil content meter did not alarm over 15ppm and did not effect a shutoff of the discharge valve. Deficiency to be rectified in Savannah, and prior to oily waste discharge.
