During the brake test for the davit the boat hung up on the retainer chain for the safety pins. The hang up caused the boat to lay over at a 45 degree angle putting a load on the release hook outside the norm. Request the unit perform a load test on the release gear hooks and have the disassembled to ensure proper operation prior to use. A stand by boat is ordered until the boat is operational.
