The machinery, boilers and other pressure vessels, associated piping systems and fittings shall be of a design and construction adequate for intended service. PSCO observed main engine jacketwater coolant leak on #6 cylinder.

Resolution: Received, reviewed and accepted class report. Chief Engineer replaced the coolant line and O-Rings from ship spares. Class inspected and tested by observing the coolant pump pressures and temperatures (3.0 kg/cm2 and 86.4°C ) and found no leakage.
