Resolution: Crew reset aft davit gripe release, and replaced the release cable that sheared during the lowering attempt. Lowering of the rescue boat was satisfactory after repairs.

Resolution: Fireman's outfits were relocated in accordance iwth their fireplan and separated widely enough to be retrivable from mutliple access points on the vessel.

Resolution: An abandon ship drill was satisfactorily conducted by the vessel's crew. All cre members knew their roles, correctly wore the appropriate life saving equipment, and lowere the lifeboat safely and effectively.
