At least 3 two-way VHF radiotelephone apparatus shall be provided on every cargo ship of 500 gross tonnage and upwards. Such apparatus shall conform to performance standards not inferior to those adopted by the Organization Emergency batteries for the two-way VHF radios expired in JAN 2019. Emergency batteries were on order since OCT 2018, but have not been delivered to vessel at this port. SOLAS 74 (2014 Cons.) III/6.2.1.1
