0611 - Lifeboat Inventory - During the inspection of the lifeboats, the PSCO observed that six hand flares were expired. New flares were ordered on 05 MAR 2010 from Gulf Marine to be delivered at the next port (Houston, TX). Provide a copy of the receipt for flares to confirm that they have been received on board to U.S. Coast Guard. SOLAS 2004 am III/20 LSA 4.4.8

Resolution: Received receipt from Gulf Marine rectifying deficiency. Receipt confirms that six hand flares were delivered to the vessel.

Tug boat was pulling on forward stbd chock and pulled it from the deck destroying 9 meters of railing as well as warping and damaging the deck plating and frames underneath. No penetrations were noted. Class society shall submit attestation to proper repairs and ops of all damaged items.

Resolved 8 April 2008
Resolution: Class has issued a condition allowing permanent repairs to be effected at next drydock in July of 08.
