VDR system is not compatible with the Engine Order Telegraph and cannot record main engine response data.

Each set of safety belts for a seat shall be of a color which contrasts w/ that belts for seats immediately adjacent. Portside Lifeboat had missing, damaged, or wrong color safety belts as required. Lifeboat had enough for crew but not full compliment of the appliance.
