AT LEAST THREE CONSECUTIVE LOG ENTRIES FOR EXAMINATION OF SECURING ARRANGEMENTS WERE DOCUMENTED AS "NORMAL," AND SIGNED BY THE MASTER, [name withheld] ENGINEER.
