Repairs to the vessel in which the vertical center of gravity of the main engines increased by greater than 3 inches resulting in a change to the stability characteristics of the vessel, accordingly, the simplified stability test results must be confirmed. The vessel is reduce to a Limited Coastwise (partially protected) route until the stability information is updated and confirmed.
