The condition of the ship & it's equipment shall be maintained to conform to the provisions of the present convention. PSCO observed that the Oil Record Book Part 1 entries on 27JUN19 amd 18APR19 showed that the throughput of the OWS exceeded maximum throughput of the system as listed on the IOPP Certificate. MARPOL Annex I Reg 6.4.1

Resolution: During COC exam SEC HOU-GAL PSCO reviewed Oil Record Book and accepted class report of investigation, corrective action and preventative measures that was carried out by class on 17JUL19.
