PSCO observed port wing rudeder angle indicator ranging from 2 to 5 degrees off depending if running one one steering pump or both pumps together. Rudder angle indicator from conning position and starboard wing were both off 2 degrees starboard while amidship. Observed steering gear rudder angle indicator off by 2 degrees starboard and overshooting by 2 degrees to port. 16ac
