07102 Tankers operating with a cargo tank cleaning procedure using crude oil washing shall be fitted with an inert gas system complying with the FSS code. While conducting the operational test of the IGS, the PSCO's found the gasket on the outlet side of blower No.2 leaking and filling the fan room with IG exhaust. SOLAS 2009 ed. Chapter II-2/ Reg 4.5.5.1.2 FSS Code Chapter 15.2.3.1.4.1 17a,c
