During operational testing of the OWS PSCO observed that the content meter could not indicate a sample below 30PPM. The freshwater flushing was not operational; ships crew was using bottled water to flush the oil content meter. MARPOL Annex I/14.1

Resolution: 05NOV2015: Received class report [name withheld] stating the deficiency was rectified. The class report stated: Attending suveryor tested OWS/OCM, using fresh water flushing in test mode and simulation mode, test were found satisfactory.
