The vessel’s implementation date, iaw Table 33CFR151.2035(b) has expired. All of the vessel's ballast water tanks (with the exception of two of them), were found not to be in compliance Vessel will not be allowed to discharge its ballast water into the Great Lakes. Vessel was issued a retention letter.

Resolution: Follow up exam was conducted to verify all required ballast water was retained on board. All was found to be in compliance. Retention letter was rescinded.
