E 37-2022 was raised on 08 April 2022, but has not been supplied onboard to date.

The hook holding the aft gripe on the starboard life boat/rescue boat to the aft davit is stuck in place. During test lowering of the life boat during PSC exam the hook did not release the gripe, which caused the gripe to snap. In this condition the life boat/rescue boat cannot be stowed in a state of continuous readiness.
