During review of the ORB, PSCO noted inconsistencies regarding the weekly retention sounds of tanks listed in 3.1 of the ship's IOPP Form A between 29Nov15-5May16 & 18Sep15-31Oct15. Also, 8+ cubes of ol was unaccounted for. 16b
