The requirements in this section shall apply to documented vessels with overnight accommodations for at least 10 individuals on board that are at least 79 feet in overall length and required to have a load line under chapter 51. Vessel has not installed cameras as required by the [name withheld] Coast Guard Authorization Act of 2022.Vessel is restricted to nine (9) persons on board including crew and offshore workers until cameras are installed and verified by marine inspector.

The following worklist items were observed. -Port Oily bilge 18ft x 6 1/2 ft section of hull plating. -STBD #1 liquid mud tank several areas including: 43ft x 26 ft, 18 ft x 18 ft, 19ft x 18 ft, 24ft x 19ft, 3ft x 4ft, 2ft x 2ft, and 6ft x 3ft sections. MI confirmed with vessel rep that they will require a c/r. -STBD #2 fuel tank FR:36 2ft x 2ft section wasted requires c/r. -STBD #6 ballast tank aft peak 2ft x 2ft section FR:69 requires c/r.
