46 USC 4901 A vessel engaged in commercial service that does not carry passengers, shall maintain a video surveillance system. The following worklist items were observed. -Port Oily bilge 18ft x 6 1/2 ft section of hull plating. -STBD #1 liquid mud tank several areas including: 43ft x 26 ft, 18 ft x 18 ft, 19ft x 18 ft, 24ft x 19ft, 3ft x 4ft, 2ft x 2ft, and 6ft x 3ft sections. MI confirmed with vessel rep that they will require a c/r. -STBD #2 fuel tank FR:36 2ft x 2ft section wasted requires c/r. -STBD #6 ballast tank aft peak 2ft x 2ft section FR:69 requires c/r.
