The Coast Guard recorded this vessel and the following in the same
inspection activity — normally a tug and the barges in its tow. A recreational or
unclassed hull in the same activity is held and not published, so it does not appear
here: these lists are a floor, not a complete manifest.
Vessel was involved in a marine casualty at 1000' cut barge fleeting facility. The damage is on the port forward bow rake on the transition & corner of knuckle - 1' horizontal tear. Temporary repairs were conducted on site. Issued CG-835 to allow vessel to transit to Southwest Shipyard to effect permanent repairs.
