Each towing vessel must be fitted with general alarm that: has installed, in the engine room or any other area where background noise makes the general alarm hard to hear, a supplemental flashing red light with a sign that reads: "Attention general alarm - when alarm sounds or flashes go to your station. Vessel does not have a sign for the general alarm in the machinery space. Install proper sign to the satisfaction of a Marine Inspector.
