07199- In tankers, electrical equipment, cables and wiring shall not be installed in hazadous locations unless it comfirmes with standards not inferior to those acceptable to the organization. PSCO observed multiple wiring conduits rusted and holes, possibly allowing flamiable vapors to enter causing a source of ignition. Vessel will repair or replace to the satisfaction of their administration prior to next US port after sailing foreign. 74SOLAS(20)II-I/45.10

Deficiency must be rectified prior to loading Annex II cargoes. 74SOLAS(20)VII/10. IBC 16.5
