PSCO observed multiple wiring conduits rusted and holes, possibly allowing flamiable vapors to enter causing a source of ignition. Vessel will repair or replace to the satisfaction of their administration prior to next US port after sailing foreign. 74SOLAS(20)II-I/45.10

Deficiency must be rectified prior to loading Annex II cargoes. 74SOLAS(20)VII/10. IBC 16.5
