Cylinders must always be secured and when not in use they must be stowed in a rack an in an upright position with the valve protection cap in place. Oxygen and acetylene were stored together in the acetylene room and not stowed properly.

2120- Every ship shall carry a garbage management plan which the crew shall follow. The garbage plan is not being followed, mixed garbage was found throughout the ship, food mixed with other garbage, and paper was at found at the final collecion point prior to being discharged into the sea.
