In accordance with covid 19 policy, and do the minimum manning at facility. Present load of (Polly oil) is not needed yet, due to this delay COI and ISE will expire prior to vessel returning home port to complete the above a required inspections. While waiting to discharge present cargo Vessels to remain in present fleeting area and is to request permit to precede prior to departing after discharge. After discharge of present load of cargo no further cargo operations are authorized.

Port No.3 Wing-tank - Commencing at the aft bulkhead, extending forward 14’0” the formed gunwale and upper side shell is set in 0” - 2’0” with internals distorted to conform, and holed over an area of 3’0” x 1’6”.
The hole has been remedied with 2 part Marine epoxy to prevent any water ingress.
