TheCOI for the vessel states a fixed dry chemical extinguisher is installed in the fuel tank space with a 8 cubic foot capacity. This system is not in place on the vessel. Provide fixed fire fighting on vessel or provide proof of meeting Work Instruction 7 fire fighting section.

As per Sec Hono WI-07, RHIB inflatable sponsons must pass an overpressure test of 1.25x the MAWP. The installed tube failed the pressure test and a leak was identified between baffles. Provide a repaired or new tube and satisfactorily pass the exterior leak test and overpressure test.
