Resolution: 25JAN16: Received proper documentation from OLYMPIC GULF SHIP SERVICE, INC stating all outstanding deficiencies have been rectified. Vsl purchased 13 lifeboat food rations to replace the food rations with broken vacuum seals noted during exam.
