Psco observed a 10 inch crack running from the top to the bottom of the port side window on the port side lifeboat, allowing water and air passage into the lifeboat

The condition of the ship shall be maintained to conform with the present regulations to ensure the ship remains fit to proceed to sea without danger to the ship. The Ventilation Cover on port side bay 46 cargo hold was missing, allowing intrsuion of water into the cargo hold.

All access openings in bulkheads at the end of enclosed superstructures shall be weathertight when closed. PSCO observed daylight penetrating both bridgewing doors through its sealing, thus affecting its weathertightness.
